Emotional Intelligence in Leadership
Early in the COVID pandemic (3/2020), Deloitte published an article talking about the importance of using your heart AND your head as you collaborate with your workforce. The title was “The heart of Resilient Leadership: Responding to COVID-19.”
I created a number of webinars expanding on a major theme in the article – with a focus on Emotional Intelligence (EI). I would love to hear from you if you are curious to learn more about how Resilient Leaders embody EI.
These are challenging times…never more important to show empathy – to be self-aware of how you are showing up as a leader, etc. I look forward to hearing from you.
Self Aware Leadership
So excited to begin creating a program that I am calling Coaching Your Workforce. While this idea has been in the formative stage for quite some time — I strongly believe this topic and all the leadership skills we will be discussing — are so critical in today’s work environment.
We will focus on such skills as Self-Awareness; Inquiry — being curious and compassionate; Listening — so very important as people need to feel heard; and Empathy – the most important emotional intelligence skill you can offer your workforce.
